What is Graston Technique®?
Graston Technique is a form of soft tissue therapy that uses specifically designed stainless steel instruments to detect and treat scar tissue and fascial restrictions. These defects develop as the result of tissue trauma (i.e. muscle strains, ligament sprains, etc) and can negatively effect your range of motion and overall function. The goal of Graston Technique is to break down these restrictions and get you moving again. This type of therapy is often used by chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, and personal trainers.
