Greg received his BSc in Human Kinetics from St. Francis Xavier University. He graduated with first class Honours among the top of his class, with his thesis research pertaining to physical activity adherence. He has worked in the fitness industry for nearly 5 years as a Personal Trainer.
Greg spent many years as a competitive soccer and basketball player, where he discovered the importance of physical activity for mental and physical well being. After several injuries he realized the key role resistance training plays in the rehabilitative process as well as preventing further injuries. Piquing his interest, Greg took several courses in university relating to the rehabilitation and prevention of injuries.
Greg is passionate about helping people improve their quality of life with exercise, whether it be through pain reduction, improving athletic performance, increasing strength and endurance, or simply feeling and looking better. His functionality-based approach to personal training is appropriate for any fitness goal, age, or body type.
