Katie graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy with a specialization in Sports and Pregnancy Massage. Before attending CCMH, Katie was working on her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition at the University Of Prince Edward Island.
Originally from Prince Edward Island, Katie was a competitive Synchronized swimmer. She swam competitively with the Charlottetown Naiads for 8 years, representing PEI in the 2011 Canada Winter games. In 2012 Katie and her team mates formed the first Synchronized swimming club at UPEI where she swam for three years and acted as President for two years. Katie still enjoys swimming today and hopes to continue competing at the Masters Level.
Katie has a passion for health and fitness and plans to become a certified Sports massage therapist.
