With over a decade of experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Dylan has built a reputation for helping clients transform their lives through sustainable, no-nonsense approaches to fitness and wellness. A graduate of Dalhousie University, where he studied Recreation Management, Dylan brings a strong foundation in leadership, program development, and community building to his coaching practice.

As a Certified Human Movement Specialist, Dylan combines scientific expertise with practical strategies to meet the needs of each unique client, whether they're new to fitness or seasoned athletes looking to refine their performance. He has trained athletes at the provincial level in a wide range of sports, including soccer, hockey, speed skating, basketball, volleyball, and judo. His diverse experience includes optimizing athletic performance for competitive athletes and leading group fitness classes that inspire confidence, strength, and community.

Dylan’s coaching style is rooted in understanding real-life struggles—especially for those who feel like fitness has always been a challenge. Through tailored training programs, thoughtful nutrition guidance, and a passion for helping others succeed, Dylan is dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their full potential in both fitness and life.
