Katie Carter

Katie graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy with a specialization in Sports and Pregnancy Massage. Before attending CCMH, Katie attended the University of Prince Edward Island. 

Originally from Prince Edward Island, Katie was a competitive Synchronized swimmer for 12 years with Synchro PEI. Katie still enjoys swimming today, competing in 5km open water swims and training with the Atlantis Masters synchronized swimming team. 

Katie has a passion for health and fitness and plans to become a certified Sports massage therapist. She actively participates in the sporting community treating athletes from various sports such as running, hockey, swimming and tennis. Most recently, Katie has participated as a therapist at the NSSAF Volleyball championships, Bluenose marathon, Epic Canadian Race weekend and the U Sport Basketball Championships.

Since graduating from CCMH, Katie had taken continuing education courses in cupping massage, neuro kinetic therapy and sports massage.
